Lately, I've been listening to a lot of trance. I am currently enjoying the hell out of happy, bouncy trance artists like Paul van Dyk and Ayla, which I found by listening to a Shoutcast stream run by one of the programmers of the Shoutcast software - Tag's Trance Trip. My favourite trance artists / DJs include of course Paul van Dyk and Ayla, and Astral Projection, Commander Tom, Man With No Name, Juno Reactor...One thing I've noticed is that Goths don't have a monopoly on depressing lyrics. Check out the lyrics for some of BT's stuff sometime. Geez. And I thought trance was supposed to be HAPPY and BOUNCY!
My hobbies include making chainmail, mudding, role-playing in general,
role-playing in specific, role-playing in the nude, role-playing on MUDs,
role-playing in mud, and sometimes even rolling in the mud in the
nude.
Did I mention I'm psychotic? HAPPY!
I consider myself quite the expert on vampires (no, not just the White
Wolf variety - talk to my friend The
Wanderer for that).
I also like anime - Megumi from Urotsukidoji is my hero! I have been trying to teach myself Japanese as well, and can now say obscenities in Japanese, too. Watashi wa Hentai desu! I can't help it.
